Creating benchmarks and setting goals for healthy business growth

Setting and tracking goals is an integral part of your business. We make it easy for you to do this right on your Personal Dashboard, accessed by tapping on the graph icon in the bottom left corner. See how close you are to achieving your goal and how much time you have left to achieve it.

Monthly Sales Goal

You’ll be prompted at the beginning of every month to set a sales goal via a To Do. This is a good time to reflect on your last month and what you have coming up. Did you reach your goal, surpass it, or fall short? What do you have already planned for the month ahead? We encourage you to aim higher than last month, while also taking into consideration the amount of time you will spend on your business. Create a strategy for how you will fill this time, and then make an educated sales prediction. Now, aim just a bit higher to allow room for growth. If you’re consistently reaching your sales goals, it’s time to increase those and reach for more!

We’ve created an easy visual to track your sales progress throughout the month with a percentage-based thermometer. Watch the bar fill up with each sale! We also countdown the number of days left in the month to provide you with a guidepost by which to measure your sales. We’ve discovered that sellers who are 90% of the way to their goal by mid-month are most likely to reach or surpass their goal.

Monthly Productivity Goals

In addition to sales goals, we also want you to think about creating productivity goals. The more productive you are (i.e. the more To Dos you complete, samples you share, contacts you add), the more your business will grow. On your Personal Dashboard, we track all sorts of productivity within the app. We encourage you to make note of these numbers on the last day of each month, and set goals to surpass those numbers the following month. We suggest doing this for your host and recruit prospects too!

New Contacts

AMI will track how many new contacts you add manually to your app each month. We will not track new customers that are synced from your workstation if you have a partnership, so make it a challenge with yourself to talk to new people about your business and reach out to them from the app.

To Dos Completed

The health of your business is not determined solely by sales! Are you increasing the amount of To Dos you complete each month? If so, that is a good indication that your business is growing. Keep up the good work by setting goals to surpass this number each month.

Messages Sent

AMI will track messages sent via To Dos, directly from a contact's profile, or by sharing product links.

Social Shop visits

Make sure to add your Social Shop link to your Instagram profile, email signature, and share it widely with your fans. The more people who click over to your Social Shop the easier it will be for them to shop from your site.

Personal Site visits

AMI will track how many people click over to your personal website from the Social Shop. This is a great indicator of how well your Social Shop and Instagram posts are working to drive traffic to your site and ultimately to purchase.

Social Shop Posts

AMI will update how many posts you are adding to your shop each month in the following three categories. Are you sharing an equal amount of product, opportunity, and hosting posts? If not, challenge yourself to increase one the following month!
