Scentsy / AMI Security Update on December 14th, 2021

A planned security update is scheduled on Dec. 14 that will automatically disconnect your Workstation account from your AMI account. 

To reconnect AMI to your Workstation account. please follow the instructions below. If you have any issues with entering your password, please reach out to the Scentsy Support Team as opposed to the AMI Support Team. How to reconnect AMI to Workstation

  1. Open the AMI app 
  2. Tap the Account tab at the bottom, right-hand corner
  3. Tap Scentsy under the blue Settings header
  4. You'll see a notice that Workstation is no longer connected. Tap the Sync your Workstation button and enter your credentials from there (see screenshot below)
