Setting up your payments message templates

Here at AMI, our goal is to always save you time. We've created default templates to help provide communication to your Customers when collecting payments and when you thank them for their payment. 

We have two message templates for you to help you communicate with your customers in a professional manner. 

Message template for sending an order invoice

  1. Tap the Account tab from the bottom AMI toolbar 
  2. Tap Message templates under the Account blue heading 
  3. Tap the bottom, blue Cold Message templates button 
  4. Tap the Send an order invoice row (second from the bottom) 
  5. This is your default message when sending a link to request a payment for a social sale. Note that {{order_link}} represents your Customer's personal link to send you a payment using one of your configured social payment methods
  6. Don't forget to tap the Save button to save your changes!

Message template for acknowledging payment 

  1. Tap the Account tab from the bottom AMI toolbar 
  2. Tap Message templates under the Account blue heading 
  3. Tap the bottom, blue Cold Message templates button 
  4. Tap the Send an order receipt row (second from the bottom) 
  5. This is your default message when acknowledging you have received your customer's payment. Note that {{order_link}} represents your Customer's personal link to their order receipt. 
  6. Don't forget to tap the Save button to save your changes!
