Streamlining follow-ups with Workflows

AMI organizes your To Dos into what we call Workflows. This allows your follow-ups to be streamlined so you know which tasks are most important for your business to complete first.

Here are all the workflow categories and the To Dos that will fall into each. While you cannot adjust workflows, you can change how often and when you receive certain To Dos in the Account tab.

Connect with your customers

Providing excellent customer service is at the forefront of what you do! These are some of the most important To Dos you’ll work on throughout the week, so they will always be at the top. 

The To Dos surfaced here include: customer purchase follow-ups, note-based follow-ups, and birthday reminders

Capture additional sales and new customers

After you take care of your current loyal customers, it’s important to reach out to new potential ones as well. Connect with people you’ve met at events, follow up on samples you’ve given out, and be encouraged to talk to someone new! 

The To Dos surfaced here include prompts to: reach out to customers who have viewed a product link shared from AMI, contacts manually added but not messaged yet, customer prospects who haven't placed an order, follow-ups on samples recorded in AMI, reminders to pay invoices, and prompts to build new business connections. 

Re-engage past customers

Don’t let your customers forget about you! Reaching out on a regular basis, even when it’s been a while since they’ve purchased, will ensure you’re top of mind when they’re ready to buy a gift or something new. 

The To Dos surfaced here include reminders to reach out to customers since their last order and re-connecting with customers who haven't made a purchase in over 3 months

Grow and support your team

Connecting with your team on a regular basis is really important to grow your business. While you work on your own personal sales, events, and connecting with customers, it can be difficult to consistently coach your team. With AMI's team reminders, you can regularly check in with your team members multiple times a month. 

Team follow-up reminders include reminders to check in at the beginning, middle, and end of the month. AMI also prompts you to wish them a happy anniversary with your company.

In this workflow, you will find reminders to tag Instagram posts to your Social Shop, reminders to post to Instagram to build your business brand, and to share a story about the impact of your business on your life.
