Coaching Your Team with Team To Dos
Reach out to your team members when they need you most
Growing and supporting your team of direct sellers is an incredibly important part of your business. Here at AMI, we know that it can be difficult to manage your personal business while also keeping up with your team members and their various needs if you are the leader of a team.
Identifying team members to coach through AMI
If your company has a Partnership with AMI, your downline is automatically synced to AMI and you will receive regular reminders to connect to your Level Is.
If your company does not have a Partnership, you will need to automatically add your team members to AMI. Team members can be added one-by-one manually or uploaded through the Web Portal. Be sure any team member you'd like to follow-up with regularly is not only marked as a Team Member, but also as a Level I.
Team To Dos
All your team To Dos will appear in the Grow & support your team workflow. We have 3 types of team To Dos that appear during: 1) beginning of the month 2) middle of the month 3) end of the month. Each category of To Do can be turned off by editing your To Do preferences.
Within the Grow & support your team workflow, the following To Dos will appear:
- Monthly Kick-off
Encourage all levels of your team to set their goals and start the month off on the right foot by reaching out right away. Update your message template to include any new monthly incentives. Reminders generate automatically the 3rd of every month.
- Mid-Month Check-in
How is your team doing reaching toward their goals? Remind each level of your team the goals they set and ask how you can assist in achieving them! Reminders generate automatically the 14th of every month.
- End of Month Push
There’s just a few days left for all levels of your team to reach their goals! Are they close? Offer your support and any advice to make the most of the last few days. Reminders generate automatically the 25th of every month.
- Teammate Anniversary
Celebrate with your team when they hit a new milestone in their business. Note: this is currently only available if your company has a Partnership with AMI.
